Shipping & Returns

Currently we only ship in the United States and Canada.

We usually ship within 24 hours. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

We ship UPS. Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated by our shopping cart on checkout. For orders in the continental United States and over $99.00, we provide free ground shipping.

We only ship UPS/air to Alaska and Hawaii.

When we ship your order, you'll receive an email with the UPS tracking information. To track your order go to UPS or call 1-800-742-5877.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns

If you would like to return an order call 1-888-994-9995 or e-mail us. We'll give you an RMA (return material authorization) number for you to write on the outside of the box when you ship it back to Knowplay.

We will credit your account less shipping cost within two weeks upon receipt of the product at our warehouse.

If possible, please return your purchase in its original packaging.
